Job summary

Greater Albany Public School District 8J is seeking a Maintenance Specialist V – Boiler Technician to perform skilled boiler system work in the Physical Plant. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and includes installation, maintenance, alteration, repair, or replacement of heating equipment across district buildings.

Typical schedule is 8 hours per day, 261 days per year, with compensation at $41.01–$50.46 per hour.

Position Overview: Performs skilled installation, maintenance, alteration, repair, or replacement of boiler systems and related heating equipment in District buildings or properties. Assists in District maintenance and operations activities as required.
