Basic Job Functions

1. Utilize knowledge and skills to support a plant-wide Building & Structural maintenance team, including building and component inspections, preventive maintenance, door repair, HVAC, fabrication, and construction projects.
2. Participate in a training and development plan for continuous improvement and support of maintenance and production teams.
3. Develop and implement projects aimed at continuous improvement.
4. Maintain a strong focus on safety, demonstrating the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Two-year industrial maintenance degree, four-year engineering degree, or 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
2. Ability to successfully complete the General Maintenance Assessment.
