Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Manager, Maintenance to lead all maintenance and reliability activities at the Argo Plant. You will drive safe operations, asset integrity, and continuous improvement across preventive and predictive programs, while partnering with operations, reliability, procurement and engineering.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance and reliability, a degree in engineering, and comfort with SAP/Prometheus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance and reliability.
• Experience leading a maintenance department in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or reliability background.
• CMRP certification desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP for maintenance and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safe work practices and environmental compliance.
• Lead short- and long-term maintenance planning, scheduling, and improvement.
• Analyze KPIs to identify deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Manage asset risk with reliability team and ensure CBM compliance.
• Develop and manage unit maintenance budget.
• Collaborate with procurement, reliability, and engineering on spare parts.
• Lead MOC process and select non-core contractors.
• Provide bid packages detailing scope, materials and equipment.
