Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• 6–10 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or related roles.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing planning/scheduling functions.
• Strong CMMS/SAP-PM experience.
• Budgeting, cost control, and resource planning proficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the maintenance work management system (planning, scheduling, backlog, notifications).
• Drive realistic, prioritized, and fully resourced maintenance schedules.
• Govern CMMS/SAP-PM standards; ensure accuracy of work orders, history, and cost tracking.
• Manage maintenance backlogs and prioritize by asset criticality and risk.
• Own maintenance cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and labor/material utilization.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, reliability, and supply chain teams for efficient execution.
• Develop planner/scheduler capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
