Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Maintenance Unit Leader for a unionized manufacturing facility. This role leads the maintenance team, drives reliability initiatives, and aligns with labor relations to support production goals, scheduling, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance within manufacturing, with 2+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ yrs of maintenance leadership experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience leading teams in a union manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Team Leaders and maintenance personnel to ensure safe, accountable operations.
• Oversee daily maintenance across all shifts and CMMS-driven practices.
• Drive reliability improvements, root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Manage maintenance budgets and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and food safety compliance across maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Union leadership to meet production goals.
