The role emphasizes collaboration with the Maintenance team, scheduling, records audits, and vendor training coordination to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or experience may be considered in place of college.
• 15+ years combined experience in the Maintenance Field.
• Willingness to seek self‑improvement.
• Read accurately and with comprehension.
• Orally communicate concepts and instructions.
• Write legibly.
• PC and computer hardware knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Old Dominion training courses as assigned using company‑approved material.
• Develop training guides and courses; become SME for assigned areas.
• Recommend improvements to current training programs.
• Coordinate training dates and locations with sites.
• Audit training records and update for assigned locations.
• Coordinate vendor training for locations and update records.
• Provide materials and ensure necessary tools for each class.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date schedule of all training events for assigned areas.
• Assist with duties for senior maintenance leadership when needed.
