Job summary

Publix Super Markets in Lakeland, FL seeks a Technical Training Program Designer to lead the design of maintenance training programs for industrial maintenance, retail refrigeration systems, and equipment service. You will translate complex knowledge into scalable learning experiences that accelerate technician development and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education or engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of maintenance experience
• 2 years of experience in training program design and evaluation
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and OSHA standards

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and produce technical training curricula and materials
• Deliver technical training to technicians using effective instructional strategies
• Measure training program success and recommend improvements
• Maintain technical subject matter expertise and align training with industry needs
• Managerial/supervisory functions
