Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience working with manufacturing equipment preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Confined Space/Lock-Out Tag-Out requirements.
• Must be computer literate with office, technical and parts and maintenance software packages.
• Willing to be trained; English reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training modules (technical, safety, troubleshooting, equipment-specific).
• Create hands-on training opportunities and ensure mechanics gain practical experience on critical equipment.
• Track progress and maintain skills matrices to document competency improvements.
• Serve as the go-to technical resource during assigned shifts and support maintenance priorities.
• Provide real-time coaching during breakdowns and planned maintenance activities.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new mechanics.
