Springfield ReManufacturing Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Trainee in Springfield, MO to support preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. You will learn and perform tasks under supervision while ensuring high safety standards are followed and documentation is maintained in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow high standards of safety in the performance of duties.
• Competent oral and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow safety procedures (Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space Entry, Arc-Flash, electrical safety).
• Read and interpret manuals to perform maintenance and service.
• Perform or coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance on facility and equipment.
• Coordinate upkeep or improvement projects.
• Use test equipment, hand tools, power tools, lifts, forklifts, and material handling equipment.
