You will assist with preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and equipment upkeep to keep production running smoothly. This role offers hands-on learning in an industrial setting, with shift from 9:00 a.m.

to 5:30 p.m. First shift. Candidates should have basic mechanical knowledge, reliable transportation and the ability to work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Must pass mechanical/electrical aptitude testing and interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Support troubleshooting and basic mechanical repairs
• Help inspect equipment to ensure proper operation
• Assist during equipment breakdowns and maintenance tasks
• Maintain tools and keep the maintenance area organized
• Follow safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out
• Support documentation of maintenance activities
• Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
