Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or residential repair (1+ years preferred).
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Basic hand tools required; power tools preferred.
• Ability to pass background and/or drug screening if required by property.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• EPA Universal/HVAC certification a plus.
