Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.

• Maintain make-ready units; repair/replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
