Qualifications

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure optimum quality and efficient production.
• Paint, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry tasks as directed.
• Make-ready unit maintenance including fixture replacement and basic repairs.
• Inspect and repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture and cabinetry.
• Landscape maintenance and outdoor cleanliness; trash removal and basic grounds work.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; comply with safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes: doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape: including emptying trash, pick up of trash, general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Compensation

Generally starting at $19.15 - $19.15 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
