Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and safety.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform make-ready unit maintenance as directed.
• Repair and replace doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture and cabinetry as needed.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscaping and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
