Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II in Wisconsin Dells to keep guest units and facilities in top condition. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks and building repairs, ensuring safety and compliance with company programs.

A professional appearance and teamwork are valued as you handle preventive maintenance and daily repairs. The role supports guest experiences by maintaining high-quality building systems and reporting issues promptly to supervision.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing maintenance skills required.
• Ability to perform repairs on walls, ceilings and other building components.
• Safety-conscious with ability to report deficiencies and follow programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate facilities maintenance knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, switches and outlets; troubleshoot electrical hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings; patch, texture and paint.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
