Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Maintenance Tech I to ensure every unit and building are in excellent working order.

You will perform general maintenance and respond to service requests, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical and carpentry, while maintaining landscaping and reporting building system deficiencies. The role emphasizes a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or with a team to support guest experiences.

• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
