Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to uphold quality in guest spaces in Estes Park, Colorado. You’ll perform general facility maintenance, handle requests and repairs, and ensure units and buildings are in perfect working order.

Bring basic handyman skills and a can-do, team-focused attitude. You’ll contribute to safe operations and a positive guest experience, with a varied benefits package and a competitive starting wage.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes: doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape: including emptying trash, pick up of trash, general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

Compensation

Generally starting at $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
