$24-$26 per hour
8AM to 4:30 PM (however hours may vary)Monday to FridayOn callWeekends as needed

As a Maintenance Technician at Bender Companies, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and overall upkeep of the community. You willbe responsible forensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
In this role, you will collaborate with the maintenance team to address service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to creating a well-maintained, comfortable living environment for our residents.
Perform routine property inspections toidentifyand address maintenance issues proactivelyComplete resident service requests and work orders promptly and professionallyMaintain property grounds by removing trash, leaves, branches, and other debris to keepcommon areasclean and attractiveSupport the completion of unit turnovers and make-readies, including painting, repairs, and cleaning as neededAssistin preventative maintenance efforts to extend the life of property systems and equipmentEnsure all workcomplies withsafety standards, building codes, and company policiesDelivernotices and communications to residents as directed by managementParticipate inanon-call schedulefor after-hours maintenance emergenciesPerformadditionalduties as assigned
This position will require you to work on-site at the property in Zion.
