Qualifications

• Basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain property grounds by removing trash, leaves, branches, and debris to keep common areas clean and attractive.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and unit turnovers/make-readies, including painting, repairs, and cleaning as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

$24-$26 per hour

Schedule

8AM to 4:30 PM (however hours may vary)Monday to FridayOn callWeekends as needed

What you will be doing:

As a Maintenance Technician at Bender Companies, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and overall upkeep of the community. You willbe responsible forensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

In this role, you will collaborate with the maintenance team to address service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to creating a well-maintained, comfortable living environment for our residents.
