Location: Middletown, PA.

Type:Full Time

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This position also participates in an on-call rotation approximately one week every third week.

Minimum Experience:Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade Schoolor Industry Training is a plus.

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
