Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED required; trade school or industry training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Prepare units for move-in and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist with snow removal and participate in on-call shifts.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents.
