You will work with leasing and maintenance staff to keep units and common areas safe and comfortable while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate can diagnose HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, use hand and power tools safely, lift heavy items, and be available for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine maintenance and service requests.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• On-call schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Complete work orders promptly and maintain logs.
• Coordinate with leasing and maintenance staff; participate in on-call rotation.
