TGM Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Willowbrook, IL community to handle maintenance requests, perform repairs, and maintain grounds and units. You will participate in a rotating after-hours emergency call schedule and provide your own basic hand tools.

The ideal candidate has broad maintenance experience, a track record of reliability, and HVAC Type II certification. Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and 401K, are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must have previous experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs.
• Must have a good history of job dependability and performance.
• Must have experience in the use of maintenance equipment and tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have HVAC Type II Certification. EPA / HVAC Certification Training is available for continued career growth at no cost to you.
