Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician (Manufactured Home Community) to perform painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping. The role supports residents and requires the ability to work autonomously while following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC and plumbing systems, inspecting and repairing alarms, and performing general upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of plumbing and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform minor repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Assist in pest control and preventative maintenance.
• Keep grounds and landscaping in good condition.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence.
