Job summary

The Housing Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Mercy Creek Apartments in Nampa, Idaho. This entry-level role includes on-site upkeep, preventive maintenance, and occasional work at other complexes. Training is provided to help you learn carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping.

You will perform apartment turns, keep areas clean, manage tools, and handle seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work on the maintenance of the complex, as well as occasional work at other complexes as needed, including individual apartment units and the grounds. This is a great chance to develop your skills in:
