Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain warehouse and production equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and packing machinery.

The role also covers basic plumbing, welding, and general maintenance tasks, with opportunities to install and design production equipment. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma and 3+ years in mechanical maintenance, plus a valid driver’s license, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years related mechanical maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
• Electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance troubleshooting knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to lift 75 lbs and access rooftops up to 30 ft.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of controls.
• Own a set of standard hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repair and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain pallet jacks, forklifts, production equipment and plumbing.
• Install and design equipment used in production.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs.
• Assist in completing other service requests as needed.
