Job summary

Ever Fresh Fruit Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to monitor, repair, and maintain our plant's production equipment and facility utilities. The role covers preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance, startup testing, and ensuring reliable operation of VF Drives, pumps, conveyors, controls, and refrigeration systems.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a production setting, welding/fabrication skills, forklift experience, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• .High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• .
• 2+ years maintenance mechanic experience in a production/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks in a safe manner.
• Adhere to company policies, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and maintain processing equipment (mechanical and electrical).
• Inspect, recognize problems and prevent component failure.
• Maintain documentation related to maintenance tasks.
• Weld and fabricate machinery when necessary.
• Collaborate with maintenance supervisor to schedule routines.
