Job summary

Mercy Housing in Brentwood, CA is looking for a maintenance worker to help manage and repair apartment units on-site. You will perform repairs, handle turnovers, and keep common areas safe and clean. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic building maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay

$21.95- 25.46 hour, dependent on experience.
