We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 234-unit tax credit apartment community in Vero Beach, FL.

Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the general appearance and functionality of the property to ensure a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed
• Complete work requests in common areas and apartment units
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property
• Assess and repair appliances as necessary
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after regular hours)
• Create and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of previous maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required
