Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) (1091)

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at Perricone Farms in Vero Beach, FL. We are a leading citrus juice supplier offering long-term, full-time employment with competitive benefits. If you enjoy a fast-paced, active role, this position is ideal for you!

Pay and Schedule

Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour + $1 differential
Shift: 2nd Shift, Mon – Fri, 3 pm to 11:30 pm (possible weekend work)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond promptly to service calls
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment; identify waste and suggest improvements
• Repair and build maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, lubricating equipment, and replacing pumps and valves
• Assist in repairing manufacturing machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure
• Weld various metals and alloys
• Maintain utility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, and boilers
• Follow all safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, GMPs, and SQF

Physical and Work Environment

Must be able to handle physical demands like lifting over 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and working in various environmental conditions including wet, hot, cold, and noisy settings. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related experience
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in cold and non-climate-controlled environments
