Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking an on-site Apartment Maintenance professional in Savannah to keep our properties in top condition and serve residents with friendly, responsive service.

You will own your role, complete service requests, and develop skills in areas like pool maintenance and grounds. A 2-year background in apartment maintenance is required. We offer paid certifications and comprehensive benefits to support your growth.
