Retreatia Holdings LLC in Steamboat Springs is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across vacation rental homes. The role includes on-site tasks, guest issue response, and basic repairs to keep properties in top condition.

Qualified candidates have at least one year in maintenance, a valid driver license with clean MVR, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts. A ski pass and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a maintenance role preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license and pass an MVR check and background check.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings and on-call hours as required.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks and projects across multiple sites.
• Maintain guest and owner spaces to ensure homes are well-kept and safe.
• Respond to guest maintenance issues promptly (work orders) and troubleshoot as needed.
• Assist with basic repairs: appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, and painting.
• Coordinate with team and management to complete tasks on time.

FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PAY $24 to $26 PER HOUR PLUS SKI PASS AND BENEFITS

We are a local vacation rental company looking to expand our maintenance team in Steamboat Springs.

Job Duties:

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
• Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring our homes are well maintained general repairs, preventative maintenance & inspections.
• Respond to guest issues (assigned work order) regarding maintenance, as needed including but not limited to :
  • Appliance troubleshooting
  • Cable/Wifi troubleshooting
  • Basic HVAC repair
  • Fireplace troubleshooting
  • Light plumbing
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Paint, clean, and troubleshoot repairs inside homes.
  • Drywall, and basic carpentry skills.

Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team.

Be available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessary.

• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• On-call service for after hour's emergencies
• Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks using in-house assignment system and respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs.
• Evaluate the condition of the vacant units.
• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Must have a valid Driver License, pass an MVR check and background check.
• At least one year of experience in a maintenance role preferred.
• Work weekends, holidays, evenings and on-call hours as required
