Iron Horse Property Management in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to help keep luxury vacation homes in pristine condition. This role rewards hands-on home repairs, preventative maintenance, and reliable service to our discerning guests.

You will commute to high-end properties, handle repairs from electrical to plumbing, perform inspections, and collaborate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and punctual.
• Strong mechanical ability required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to learn and pitch in with the team.

Responsabilités

• Commute daily to luxury homes where you will perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Perform property inspections
• Collaborate across departments and teams as well as with third parties
• Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned daily tasks
• Responsible for the presentation and cleanliness of your work vehicle
• Ensure timely reporting and clear communication of issues encountered to your Supervisor

What Your Day Will Be Like:

Your typical day on our maintenance team will involve performing basic home repairs.

That will include everything from:

electrical to plumbing troubleshooting

grill maintenance

painting

property inspections

staining and carpentry

providing car shuttles

sprinkler system repair

hot tub checks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous maintenance experience is a plus

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Willing to learn and pitch in wherever necessary to assist the team

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $24 - $30 based on experience and achievement

Paid time off, such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days
