Job summary

Silgan Specialty Packaging LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding equipment and related systems. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, assisting with mold changes, and supporting startups as needed.

You will maintain records in the CMMS and work with production, quality, engineering, and management to minimize downtime while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Able to perform basic electrical work within qualification scope.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Assist with mold changes, setup support, and machine startups as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts usage in the CMMS.
• Support safety initiatives and communicate with teams to minimize downtime.
