Qualifications

• This is a customer-facing role with general customer service duties, including assisting, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assists store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Uses various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles is possible.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following safety policies and procedures.
• Able to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain equipment for HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, and more.
• Support cross-training in other departments as needed.
