Love's Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and properly operational. In this customer-facing role you'll assist the store and truck care teams, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive experience for travelers. No prior experience required—we train you.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience or aptitude is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various facility maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate and maintain equipment for facility operations, including HVAC, fuel systems, plumbing, and refrigeration where applicable.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
