Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while assisting management to ensure smooth operations for customers. No prior experience? We will teach you!

This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to learn across departments and grow within a nationwide network. The position offers flexible scheduling, company tuition assistance, and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and team members.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting 25+ pounds and working in varied temperatures.
