The Crown Beverage Division at the Olympia Plant in Olympia, WA is hiring a Maintainer Trainee to begin a comprehensive 6,000-hour training program. You will learn to set up, adjust, and maintain can line equipment while ensuring safety and quality across a 12-hour shift schedule.

Starting wage is $38.64/hour with progression to $40.21/hour as training completes, within a union environment. This is a full-time, on-site role offering benefits and pension under the union contract.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Must pass Munsell Color test.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, repair, and maintain line equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safe mechanical performance and production output.
• Disassemble, inspect, and replace components; maintain records of production and quality.
