Job summary

ITC Manufacturing in Columbus, OH is seeking a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician for the 1st shift. You will perform routine inspections, service, and preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimize unplanned downtime and support safe, efficient plant operations.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, technical certification preferred, and prior experience with high-volume production equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance is essential.
• Ability to diagnose issues and document maintenance actions clearly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform lubrication, part replacements, and equipment cleaning.
• Inspect machinery for wear and damage; identify root causes of malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate service logs and equipment histories.
• Follow all safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement; minimize downtime.
