Job summary

Crane Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair facility buildings, grounds, and industrial equipment. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support production by ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

The role requires wiring experience, reading diagrams, and familiarity with TPM and IATF 16949 standards. High school diploma and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform maintenance on industrial machinery (welders, pumps, etc).
• Ability to wire 120V and 240V 3-Phase systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and standard work instructions.
• High school education with willingness to learn TPM/IATF 16949 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment per schedule.
• Lubricate, check, and clean machinery as part of preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures; assist external vendors as needed.
• Maintain TPM records and preventive maintenance documentation.
