Pilkington North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple facilities in Ohio.

The role involves mechanical and electrical maintenance, following safety rules, and contributing to continuous operation. You will perform preventive maintenance, participate in audits, training and cross-functional tasks, with shift options including day, night, weekends, and holidays as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed the selection process for the maintenance technician and pass the skill assessment for their field.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical or electrical maintenance as required to maintain the operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Work on projects as scheduled or required to maintain the operation.
• Required to assist in training others.
• Participate in all audits: STOP Audits, GO Audits, internal audit, cross facility, management and third party registration audits.
• Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards and responsible for clean up of work areas upon completion of tasks.
• Ensure maintenance work meets required standards
• Participate in required training and successfully complete required assessments or testing to verify understanding and knowledge
• Required to work ina safe,efficient, effective and reasonable pace.
• Other duties as assigned.
