Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Town Westshore in Tampa, FL. You will perform hands-on maintenance, respond to on-call emergencies, and support site operations to ensure a safe and comfortable resident experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, with strong communication and EPA/CFC certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA or CFC certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in maintaining office areas including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Responsible for hands-on maintenance of property, including inspection and repair of interiors and exteriors.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems, components of machinery and equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in maintenance log.
• On-call emergency service as required.
• Assists in grounds maintenance and keeping areas free of debris.
• Monitors mechanical equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus and replaces faulty components.
• Works with maintenance staff to ensure safety and efficiency.

Explore what we have to offer and help turn your talents into a rewarding career.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Include the following.
