Job summary

TRG Management in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Vista Landing. You will perform hands-on maintenance of apartment units and common areas, handle preventative tasks, and assist with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.

Responsibilities include on-call emergency service, maintaining equipment logs, and ensuring grounds are clean and safe. A high school diploma and 2 years of property maintenance experience are preferred; EPA or CFC cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments and common areas; perform repairs.
