Northwood Ravin in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues across communities. You will manage service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready.

This role requires an independent, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of repairs and communicates clearly, upholding Northwood Ravin's standards of quality and resident

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance or related trade.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and execute repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues.
• Complete service requests with emphasis on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce failures and extend asset life.
• Support apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Identify issues early through inspections and propose long-term solutions.
