MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The District Apartments in Colton, CA. The ideal candidate will handle maintenance across apartment communities, performing repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call responses with a strong customer-service mindset.

We offer competitive pay of $23–$25 per hour DOE, monthly bonuses, profit sharing, generous PTO, Holidays, 401K with employer match, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades.
• Strong customer service, flexibility and teamwork.
• Consent to audio recording during work duties.
• Reliable transportation necessary.
• On-call rotation availability.

Responsabilités

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and prepare apartments for turnover.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The District Apartments, located in Colton, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
