Job summary

TGM Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Willowbrook, IL community. You will respond to maintenance work orders, perform repairs, and maintain common areas. You must have your own basic tools and a valid driver’s license, plus HVAC Type II certification, with after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications
