Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Apartment Maintenance Technician in Clarksville, TN. Immediate opening for an experienced professional to perform maintenance, make-readies, and on-call support in a multifamily community.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/plumbing/electrical repair skills, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license. EPA certification preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Temporary position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and appliance repair.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies).
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance and carpentry issues.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community.
• Participate in on-call rotations if needed.
