Job summary

Brookside Properties seeks a Temporary Apartment Maintenance Technician at Enclave Apartments in Bowling Green, KY for an immediate start. Join a reputable property management team and handle a range of maintenance tasks in a residential community.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, general repairs, prepping homes for new residents, and troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum maintenance experience required.
• EPA certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including turn-readies.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance and carpentry issues.

• Participate in on-call rotations if needed.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
