Job summary
Brookside Properties is seeking a Temporary Apartment Maintenance Technician in Clarksville, TN. The role involves completing service requests, performing general maintenance, make-readies, and troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances to keep the community safe and attractive.
The position requires prior maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. EPA certification is strongly preferred, with on-call rotations possibly required.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- EPA Certification strongly preferred.
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies).
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community.
- Participate in on-call rotations if needed.
