Job summary

HB Specialty Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production running by maintaining machinery, buildings, and equipment. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and the ability to work on various equipment with strong mechanical knowledge.

You will support line development, production, sanitation, and other areas; participate in preventive maintenance, and help minimize downtime while following safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read diagrams and manuals; perform preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform preventative maintenance on motors, tools, conveyors, dryers, and large blenders.
• Read diagrams, manuals and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Use power/hand tools to repair equipment and assist in fabrication.
• Maintain equipment inventory and log work orders accurately.
