HB Specialty Foods in Beloit, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for swing and graveyard shifts to keep production running smoothly. You’ll maintain machinery, buildings, and equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 2+ years in maintenance or with power/tools; ability to lift up to 60 pounds; willingness to work at heights and in open environments. The role offers shift differentials, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
• 2+ years using power and hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on motors, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Read diagrams and manuals, troubleshoot and fix issues.
• Identify problems, implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Use power and hand tools to dismantle, inspect, and repair equipment.
• Schedule maintenance with production and document time and work.
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out and safety procedures.
• Assist in fabrication and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
